Care Certificate Standard 1 focuses on understanding your duties, roles and responsibilities in the workplace. You will consider experiences, attitudes and beliefs that may affect the way you work. In addition, it will cover working relationships in health and social care, working in accordance with the agreed ways of your employer, and how to work effectively in a team or partnership.
