Entry Requirements: There are no barriers to entry—if you’re 16 or older, you can start this journey! We will work with you to ensure you are set up for success.


Qualification Structure:
You’ll need to achieve 39  credits from mandatory units and a minimum of 19  credits from optional units, totaling at least 58 credits. 35 of those credits must be Level 3 or above, ensuring you're gaining advanced knowledge and expertise


Assessment methods: You’ll create a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate your learning, and all work will be internally assessed. .

 

Duration: In as little as 6- 12 months, you can complete this qualification, giving you the flexibility to balance your career and studies while still making progress.

 

Career Progression Opportunities: Upon completion, this qualification opens doors to an array of exciting career options. You can move on to higher qualifications such as: Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England)

 

Progression Opportunities: Upon completion,, you'll be qualified for roles that allow you to lead and inspire: Lead Adult Care Worker, Senior Care Support Worker, Lead Personal Assistant
