I have been very keen on doing a level 5 management course in health and social care as I worked in this sector more than 10 years. In September 2018, my manager informed me that I can do the course with Limme skills academy ltd, along with 3 other colleagues.
Walter has been an exceptional mentor, who was always available for advice or consultation to all of us. His Knowledge of what good management and leadership, really helped us throughout the course time. Beyond that, as a mentor he has always tried to help us to become a better version of our self ,rather than trying to change us to his perspective. His constant support has been invaluable, especially when I was bit struggling to complete the course, due to personal issues.

This Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management qualification helped me to develop my managerial and care skills in the field of health and social care. I also feel more confident to innovate and respond to a changing environment and to meet various challenges within the sector.

Level 5 Management course also boost my confidence in managing people and processes, especially this course increased my ability to provide professional supervision to staff and support them to enhance skills and performance.
